Requirements

INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE, COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

The investment associate will work closely with a senior member of the Multifamily Investment Services Group in the marketing of specific apartment transactions.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for research, marketing, due diligence, and general support. This is the perfect role for someone with some experience in real estate with the intention of building significant skills to begin a fast-paced career in multifamily brokerage, and eventually be a fully-licensed salesperson within our fast-paced office.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:

  • Perform financial analysis and valuation of multifamily assets utilizing Microsoft Excel and other real estate modeling programs
  • Prepare high- and low-level marketing materials for proposals and marketing packages.
  • Meet with clients and sales personnel and accompany or lead personnel to property sites in a professional and organized manner.
  • Work with senior broker to manage current escrows and coordinate vendors, buyers and sellers during complex transactions.
  • Assist in the management of team database.
  • Coordinate the design, printing and production of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Education – College graduate with emphasis in business or real estate.
  • Must be able to demonstrate significant proficiency with Excel and cash-flow modeling.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Electrical Maintenance Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert who is responsible for alleviating concerns of customer.  The Electrical Maintenance Technician advises customers and the customer care center of the status of systems and processes inspections.
  • Locate and alleviate trouble with damaged equipment or wiring.
  •  Readjust equipment, repair or replace inoperative equipment and test for operation.
  • Read blueprints, building and electrical plans in order to complete equipment repairs.
  • Prepare trouble order forms to report temporary repairs.
  • Coordinate inspections and/or installations
